Mis-wiring a 120-volt RV outlet with 240-volts. I’ve been answering a lot of forum questions lately from RV owners who paid an electrician to install a 30-amp/120-volt TT-30 RV outlet for powering their RV in the driveway.

Twist Lock 30-Amp 125/250-Volt Plug - The Home Depot The ground plug that points out is probably a 20 amp L14-20 configuration (check the receptacle to be sure). This plug with the ground that points in is a 30 amp L14-30 configuration.
