Throughout 2006 & 2007, Industrial Shape & Form worked along with various industry leading companies to complete the construction of the monorails pictured above.

Our contributions included providing the tooling for the interiors. Tooling included the seats, backrests, panels and consoles. The tooling was constructed of wood, mdf, foam, and various composites. The tooling was then used in both thermoforming and fiberglass applications.

In addition to providing the tooling, we also provided our expertise and guidance to trim, fit, and finish the parts in the monorails.

Here are some pictures of an anvil pattern we made. The interesting thing about this pattern is that we made it without drawings. We worked from an existing anvil and changed certain parts of it to better suit our customers needs.

A customer came to us with the idea of having a logo used as a door handle. The logo was to feature an "R" and a "K" (For Royal King). The customer could only provide us with a .pdf of the image, and needed it modified to fit into a circle (to make it more functional as a door handle). There also had to be a 1 inch gap between the handles when the door closed so there was no chance of getting fingers caught in there.
